Our metallic hose assemblies are designed and manufactured in a a purpose built manufacturing plant in Northamptonshire, England United Kingdom. Our team comprises of designers, engineers, welders and other experts who’ve years of involvement in the metal hose industry.

At FMI we only use an argon backed unique welding method with our standard range of fittings for extra corrosion resistance using only 316L grade stainless steel components.

Full 316 material traceability on our metal assemblies is available to ensure that, when required, you know the origin of the materials for your products.

All of our fittings can be etched with certificate numbers for traceability in addition to our ferrules and collars containing DOM, FMI SO details, Asset No. etc in order to match certification to specific hose assemblies.

Test pressure certificates can be provided to clients for pneumatic testing. We do also offer additional testing methods such as hydrostatic, which is available upon request.

For additional application requirements FMI offers a variety of add-on services including but not limited to; X-Ray of all welds, NDT – Inspection of welds, Hydraulic Test Certificates, Certificates of Conformity, Material Certification, Vacuum Testing, Quality Maps, Technical Drawings & CAD, Weld Procedure Documents & Welder Approval Certificates, Oven Drying, Oxygen Cleaning, Plating of Assemblies for specialist applications, Kiln Drying.
